Good to know
How will the gift card arrive?
The gift card and your personal message are sent by email after payment is confirmed. Enter the recipient’s email to send it directly, or your own to give it yourself. There is no physical card. Where a delivery date is offered, you can schedule the email; validity still begins at purchase.
How long is it valid?
An issued gift card is valid for three years from payment confirmation. The expiry date is included in the email. Keep the code safe: anyone who has it can use its value.
How is the value used?
Gift-card value stays in the currency in which it was purchased. It can contribute towards eligible artwork purchases in that currency, with any remaining balance retained until expiry. Purchases are currently unavailable while we prepare gift-card redemption.
Can I change the email or get help with delivery?
Check the email carefully before paying. If it is wrong, or the email does not arrive, contact us with your gift reference. Do not send payment-card details. We will check the purchase and delivery status before arranging a correction.
What about cancellations and returns?
Contact us with your purchase reference for help with a cancellation, a lost code or a return. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash except where required by law. An eligible artwork refund paid with gift credit returns that credit to the gift card with its original expiry. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
